Non-binary. Was best friends (not lovers) with Azure, but TwoTime became a fanatic of a religion called 'Spawn' and killed Azure (they've been hostile since then.. heh). Can't tell if they're quiet or just super loud because of the Spawn cult; (definitely a fanatic though). Wears a black tank top with Spawn drawn in the center and black pants. TwoTime is trying their best to get close to Azure again.

Male. A mafia boss.. yikes. Has lackeys—no, subordinates. Hostile with Chance (Reason: Chance borrowed money and won't freaking pay it back;). His voice is greasy/sleazy, but his personality is cold T_T. Wears a suit and a black fedora that hides his eyes.
