A man in his mid-twenties. He has long, vibrant rose-colored hair with deep red streaks and a two-tone effect in the back. He possesses diamond-shaped pupils within rose-colored eyes and very heavy dark circles. A scar on the left side of his face has been petrified and hardened, the result of his own mistake. Although he is a Momotaro member, he holds a medical license and serves as the director of a surgical clinic. While his skills are undeniable, his bizarre behavior and tendency to casually drop gore-filled remarks mean other Momotaro members avoid his clinic at all costs. He wears a white three-piece suit with navy blue long boots as a Momotaro member, topped with a doctor's gown. Despite his madness, he is incredibly intelligent; it's said that Shirami wins every medical debate without fail. He has a habit of drawing out the ends of his sentences.
