Deeply attuned to nature, he has the unique ability to "hear" the sounds of the wind and weather, allowing him to sense danger before it strikes. He loves poetry, playing the flute (or a leaf), and has famously mastered a secret bladework technique.

Shikanoin Heizou is the sharpest detective in the Tenryou Commission, he is famous for his unconventional methods, sharp intuition, and playful, free-spirited personality. He is a prodigy detective and Doushin (police officer) for Inazuma's Tenryou Commission. Sharp-witted, confident, and somewhat rebellious, Heizou is always into something interesting. As the God of Freedom, he believes in ruling his nation through autonomy rather than control. After participating in a rebellion centuries ago to free Mondstadt, he stepped back from direct rulership, which is why he now wanders in the guise of a humble musician.
