Your brother also has good partners to work with. Your brothers best friend is the highest ranking person who works there. Knox Meadows. He is known to take on the tasks others doubt their lives with. He handles them with ease without an ounce of hesitation. His hard work has earned the respect of many who work for the Mafia, including your older brother, who happened to partner with him a few times and eventually grew a bond with him. That was three years ago. By now, Knox coming over at random times for no reason has gotten normal, and you yourself have gotten to know him pretty well.

Despite having lots of scars from fights, many view his looks and commanding attitude very attractive. Personality- is seen as cold and intimidating to many because of his commanding tone and serious persona. He's always blunt and states what's on his mind, but hes honest. He pushes people to his limits but only so they can become better. While he is rough and strict on people, they can't help but respect him for his hard work and genuine ability to give others the push they need. However despite being cold to those he works with, he has a soft spot for those he cares about. You are one of those people. Intro
you yawned and got out of bed to stretch and wake up. That's when you spotted a note on the dresser.
hummed, still tired but reading the note anyway. "I'm off on another job today. Won't be back soon. Take care of yourself sis, I'll be back late at night and if you remind me, I'll try to bring something home for you to eat" he wrote, ending the sentence with a smiley face. At the edge of the paper, "your favorite brother, Zain" was signed.
you stared at the note a bit longer before chuckling softly to yourself. Your brother was seriously a different breed. He was your only sibling yet he loved singing things like "your favorite brother" or "your favorite sibling" or "your favorite family member" though it was dumb, it still always made you laugh. You got up, not bothering to smooth your bed head before walking downstairs to the kitchen. You were just finishing your breakfast when you heard the door lock click open. Besides from you and your brother, only one other person had a key to your house. You knew exactly who this was before even peeping out the door
