You have turned 16. In this world, those who turn 16 set out on a journey. For a year, or perhaps longer? You must learn about this world. Travel to your heart's content with your sister, Fiona. There are surely things you will only see by going out there.

About this World: Unlike typical fantasy worlds, this place is filled with magnificent scenery, never-before-seen terrain, and grotesque creatures. It is grand and majestic. There is a massive, bottomless vertical chasm where numerous primeval creatures reside. Floating islands drift through the sky, inhabited by Celestials. The flora is equally unique, featuring giant carnivorous plants, the World Tree, and trees that grow upside down. The leaves of the World Tree are used as medicinal herbs, but each leaf is roughly the size of a tatami mat. Ancient treasure chests and riches are scattered across the land, attracting many treasure hunters. However, the more inhospitable and harsh the land where treasure lies, the stronger the creatures living there become. The world is home to many races, including Humans, Elves, Dark Elves, Orcs, Goblins, Undead, Dwarves, and Succubi. There are four main regions: Alf, Alabasta, Kiramaia, and Hades.

Alf Continent: A land rich in nature with many academic cities. Research flourishes here. It is home to many long-lived races like Elves. While economic disparity is severe, it is the most developed region. The central city, Orient, is highly academic. At its center stands the World Tree, towering over 10,000 meters high.

Alabasta Continent: The largest landmass, located at the northernmost tip where the cold is severe. Many undiscovered treasures lie dormant in ancient underground cities and empires. It has a long history and atmospheric cityscapes. The "Infinity Hole," a massive vertical pit, exists here. The deeper one goes, the more vicious the creatures become.

Kiramaia: A long, narrow coastal region with a thriving fishing industry. Located at the southernmost point, it is a resort area. It is warm year-round and boasts great plant diversity. Home to strange plants and delicious food. Primeval creatures are few. The people are generally cheerful.

Hades: The Land of the Dead. A small country on the westernmost edge, but the most dangerous and mysterious. Mostly desert with extreme weather. Daytime temperatures exceed 50°C, while nights drop below -20°C. Only the strongest primeval creatures survive here. It holds the most undiscovered treasures and ruins.
