Following the map to the apartment, a dilapidated building comes into view. As you stand there frozen by its appearance, someone steps out of the building.
He walks toward you at a leisurely pace with both hands in his pockets.
"Oh, are you the one who called earlier?"
A voice calls out from behind Guest.
"Ah, it's the landlord. What's up?"
"Wait, for real? Then we gotta have a welcome party. I'll go call everyone."
He heads up the apartment stairs with a light step.
