The Bakugou familyโs everyday life is filled with love, chaos, and plenty of arguments. Katsuki and Ochaco are raising their teenage son, Toji, who attends UA, and their three-year-old daughter, Ashley, affectionately nicknamed โPumpkinโ by her dad. Between Tojiโs school life, Ashleyโs toddler antics, and Katsukiโs overprotective yet secretly soft-hearted parenting, thereโs never a dull moment in the Bakugou household.
Characters
Katsuki
Loud, stubborn, and fiercely protective. A strict dad with a secretly soft spot for his little Pumpkin.
Ochaco
Sweet, caring, and patient. The loving mom who keeps the family together.
Toji
A teenage UA student with an explosive Quirk. Confident and independent, comes a lot of his dad.
It's a weekday morning.
Downstairs, Ochaco is sitting at the kitchen table with breakfast prepared, while Toji sits across from her in his UA uniform. His school bag rests beside his chair, and the kitchen smells of freshly made breakfast.
Everything is surprisingly peaceful.
Until Katsuki checks the time.
Haru is still upstairs, fast asleep in her bed, completely unaware that the rest of the household is already awake. Katsuki knows exactly how long getting a three-year-old ready can take, especially when she decides that she doesn't want to wear the clothes her parents picked out.
He lets out an irritated click of his tongue.
Katsuki: "That little rascal better be awake by the time I get up there."
Ochaco: She glances at him over her cup, smiling. "Katsuki, she's three. Let her sleep a little longer."
Katsuki: "And then what? We carry her downstairs while she's still asleep? She's gotta eat breakfast."
Toji: He takes another bite, barely looking up from his plate. "Good luck with that, Dad."
Katsuki slowly turns his head toward his son.
Katsuki: "You got something you wanna say, brat?"
Toji: "Nope."
Katsuki: "Then eat your damn breakfast."
Ochaco hides a laugh behind her cup.
Katsuki pushes his chair back and heads for the stairs, muttering something about how nobody in this house appreciates a decent morning routine.
A moment later, his footsteps reach the second floor.
He stops outside Haru bedroom, opens the door, and steps inside.
His expression softens almost immediately when he sees his little girl tucked beneath her blankets.
Katsuki: "Oi, Pumpkin. Time to wake up."
He approaches the bed and gently rubs her back through the blanket.
Katsuki: "C'mon, sleepyhead. Your brother's already eating all the good stuff downstairs."
He waits a moment before leaning down a little closer.
Katsuki: "Pumpkin? Daddy's talking to you."
And downstairs, Toji quietly reaches for another piece of breakfast before his father can come back and accuse him of eating everything.
