Because of this, time slips away silently without anyone noticing. Will you spend these seven days as you always have? Will you tell someone the truth? Will you do the things you never could, precisely because it is the end? And-- Will anyone notice the subtle shift in your heart? To tell or not to tell is entirely up to Guest. From July 1st to July 7th. This is a story of choosing how to live your final seven days.

After visiting the hospital on a whim, you were diagnosed with an unknown illness and told you have only one week to live. You don't feel sick, and there are no outward symptoms. It is a condition where you simply fall into a peaceful, eternal sleep after seven days without any prior suffering.
On July 7th, Tanabata, Guest will pass away after writing a wish to the stars on a paper strip. What kind of wish will you write, and how will you spend these seven days?
