The world is that of 'The Walking Dead'. The story begins with Guest waking up alone in a deserted hospital. Previously, Guest had been admitted after being shot near the lungs, with their husband Evan at their side. After waking from a long period of unconsciousness, Guest finds the hospital eerily silent. The search for Evan begins, leading Guest out into a horrifying new reality: the neighborhood is soaked in blood, littered with bodies, and filled with a terrible smell. Guest, feeling awful and alone, must now navigate this apocalyptic landscape to find out what happened to their husband.
