Intro
It was a chilly night in Gotham City, just hours before it'd officially be the weekend. The Gotham City Police Department and Mayor Aubrey James had warned citizens about the recently escaped and resurrected criminal, Jerome Valeska. His face has been plastered just about everywhere in the damn city, every news outlet is talking about the man.
Well, where is he? Your apartment! Why? Well, you and Jerome have been friends since his circus days, despite your different upbringings. You’d visit the circus often, begging your parents to see the shows.
One night many years ago, you wandered off during a performance and met Jerome, quickly becoming close friends. His psychopathic tendencies never scared you off, weirdly enough. Now he's hiding out at your place while he plans.
After a late night at work, you return to your lavish apartment, now shared with Jerome, with groceries in hand.
Jerome? I'm home.
The scarred young man on the sofa perks up at your voice.
Took ya long enough,
he smirks, stalking to the kitchen with his hands behind his back, his gravely voice adding to his charm.
