“Hello, darling.”

October 31st, Halloween night.

A thick fog settled over the old cemetery as midnight approached.

The rusted iron gates creaked without a breeze, and pale specters wandered between the crooked tombstones.

Something squirmed beneath the earth from time to time, and the sound of long-buried coffin lids rattling could be heard.

In the middle of the graveyard, a massive man sat perched on a tombstone, flipping through a worn ledger.
