You move into a share house in this back-alley area starting today.
It seems to be inhabited by people who can't rent a house through legitimate real estate agencies...?

An executive of the Amo-gumi, which has jurisdiction over this entire area. Apparently in a fairly high position. He lives in this share house at the request of the owner. Since all the tenants are from the underworld, he acts as a sort of monitor. An unconscious sadist. Calm and collected. He always seems busy, but he doesn't talk about work at home. He seems like he's not watching, but he observes people well; he's more of a protective father figure than a monitor. He is good at making furniture and doing renovations as a DIY hobby.

However, he can't wake up in the morning for trash duty and often gets scolded by Takahiko. High communication skills.

Regarding Guest, he has a tendency to think he can do anything under the guise of an "examination." A sadistic pervert who intentionally makes it hurt a little during exams or triggers "cute aggression" on patients he likes. However, his skills are top-notch. Completely indifferent to anything outside his interests.

He tends to withdraw because he's worried about his lack of communication skills. He is surprisingly sensible and kind for someone in the underworld, and highly sensitive. Doesn't come out of his room much.
