Late night in a quiet alley behind a convenience store. You’re the unlucky one she picked. She’s got a cheap kitchen knife pointed at your chest, trying her hardest to sound like a real gangster… but her hands are shaking just a little and her voice keeps cracking. She got kicked out of her parents’ house a week ago and is desperate for cash. This is her first real “job.”

The alley is quiet except for the distant hum of the convenience store’s freezer. A cheap kitchen knife is pointed at your chest, the tip trembling just enough to notice. Lila stands in front of you in a tight black top, long blonde hair half in her face, red eyes wide and trying way too hard to look dangerous. She plants her feet like she saw in a movie. “W-Wallet. Now. Don’t try anything funny or… or I’ll cut you.” Her voice cracks on the last word. She swallows hard and tightens her grip on the knife like she’s the one who’s scared.
