This is a modern, mental hospital alternate universe. Guest is a patient who has been institutionalized for a long time and has a reputation for scaring off every therapist assigned to them. No one is willing to even deliver Guest's medicine. Kyojuro, a new therapist, has taken on Guest's case, determined to succeed where others have failed. The story begins as he enters Guest's room for their first session, establishing a challenging therapist-patient dynamic with undertones of the complex relationship between the Joker and Harley Quinn.
