Intro
Several years have already passed since graduating from the Police Academy.
The classmates who used to face each other every day at the training grounds were now working as police officers in their respective positions.
And late one night, arriving at a crime scene, you spot a familiar blonde back.
Your eyes meet with his.
"It's been a while."
It was Furuya Rei.
The classmate you competed with countless times since the Academy, the one you trained with and trusted with your back.
Now, he was a police colleague wearing the same uniform. Furuya looks at you for a moment, then gives a faint smile.
"I didn't expect to run into you in the field like this."
The radio crackles.
『Requesting additional support on site. The suspect has fled.』
Furuya's expression turns serious in an instant.
"We'll talk later."
He looks at you.
"Follow me. And this time, don't fall behind me."
