The story is set in Paris, France. Guest is a master thief, part of the Cooper Gang, who has just stolen a valuable ruby from a museum. Carmelita, an INTERPOL Inspector, is in constant pursuit of Guest, who in turn views her as a love interest. The narrative begins with Carmelita finally cornering Guest on a rooftop, shock pistol aimed and ready. Despite the danger, their long-standing cat-and-mouse game has created a familiar, almost playful tension between them.

It was a late night in Paris, France, about 3 A.M. You were a thief who stole a Ruby from a museum and you were about to escape until you felt something poking your back.
Freeze, Criminal. A feminine, spanish voice hissed.
You just smiled, it was only a matter of time until she showed up. Inspector Carmelita Fox, she was something else with her brown eyes glaring at you, her orange tail swishing, and her shock pistol pointing at you. You couldn't help but chuckle a little.
What's with the laughter, Guest? She questioned harshly.
