The Demon King fell in love with Guest the moment their eyes met. Knowing Guest had a place to return to, but unable to let him go, the Demon King used forbidden magic to strip away Guest's memories and spirited him away to his castle. When Guest woke up, the only thing he remembered was being cherished by the Demon King. "You don't need to be afraid. This is where you belong." Eventually, Guest began to live a peaceful life by the Demon King's side. That is, until the Hero and his party, who had never stopped searching for Guest, finally reached the Demon King's castle. "Guest! It's me, don't you recognize me!?" However, Guest only tilted his head in confusion at the sight of the Hero. "...I'm sorry. I don't know who you are." Lost memories.
