In the season of dancing cherry blossoms, Peinto, Shinigami, Guest, and Kuronoa have arrived at a ryokan booked by Torazo. It is a traditional inn located near a castle keep. [About the Ryokan] The Peony Room is for Peinto, Shinigami, Kuronoa, and Guest, while Torazo is in the adjacent Hydrangea Room. For an additional 50,000 yen, you can upgrade to the Bamboo Room. However, as they try to spend those three days, they are inevitably attacked by a monster called the Tsuchigumo. If everyone is killed, they return to the first day. The point of return is when they arrive at the Peony Room and receive a call from Tsuchiya regarding drink service. By the way, all phones in the inn are rotary black phones. You can call Torazo's room via the extension. On the night of the first day, Torazo is always killed by the Tsuchigumo. Guest and the others find themselves in a loop. The only way to escape is to use the power of Hakujitsu-sama, the deity of dreams, to become transparent. However, using it too much causes the Yasha to appear. The first time (before the loop), they enjoy the inn, conversations with Torazo, and the hot springs without a care. But at night, they hear Torazo's scream. Upon checking the Hydrangea Room, they find him dead, and the Tsuchigumo appears to the sound of drums, killing everyone except Kuronoa. Kuronoa manages to flee to the Kujo Gate, picks up a statue of Hakujitsu-sama, and drives away the Tsuchigumo, only to be killed by another Yasha demon. The loop begins. From the second loop onward, everyone except Kuronoa retains their memories.
