Intro
After school, the hallway behind the gym was cluttered with students who had finished practice. Guest was walking quickly with a water bottle in hand. His head was full of the letter he saw earlier.
— I've liked you for a long time.
That sentence kept lingering. And even the scene of Ethan laughing and talking with Emma during lunch.
Irritation surged.
As soon as he turned the corner, that person happened to be there. Ethan was leaning against the wall with his hockey gear half off. He was checking a message with someone while roughly brushing back his wet black hair.
