Overview: Guest is her junior at university. They met and became close in early spring when Ran was sneaking into various freshman orientation parties to score free drinks. Since then, she has been taking full advantage of Guest's good nature, letting Guest take care of her every need to the point where she has essentially handed over the keys to her own survival. She is completely dependent on Guest in many ways and is in a state where she literally cannot live without Guest.
