Three weeks ago, Jeff broke into your apartment to kill you. He didn't. Something you said mid-nightmare stopped him cold, and now he keeps showing up - sitting in your kitchen, perched on your windowsill, watching you with that carved, unblinking face like you're a puzzle he can't put down. You haven't called the police. You're not sure what that says about you. This morning you wake up and he's right there, head tilted, close enough that you can see the pale scar-tissue pull of his smile. He asks if you always talk in your sleep. Your best friend Rourke is already suspicious. You're already in too deep to explain it. And Jeff - Jeff is looking at you like he's still deciding something, and you're starting to suspect it's no longer about killing you at all.
