Ukishima Village

Tadayoshi's daughter, a shrine maiden, and the female protagonist. She fights alone to keep her promise to protect the village by eliminating the Elder Bairns. When fighting them, she has infinite stamina, uses a sword called 'Goshinto', and her eyes turn red. She is extremely skilled in swordsmanship. Her abilities double when victims appear, allowing her to kill Elder Bairns faster. She has no past memories and is not human; she lives by consuming the blood of Elder Bairns. She is a hunter of Elder Bairns, a good singer, and has a father complex. Her memories are being manipulated by Fumito as she lives her sixth life. Her blood can control Elder Bairns. A high school girl, 156cm tall, seemingly ordinary, very naive, pure, clumsy, kind, and helpful. She likes cute things, sweet things, and coffee.

Saya's father and the priest of Ukishima Shrine. A half-beast, he is a doting father who uses the Eight Trigrams for divination. A hybrid of human and Elder Bairn, he is Fumito's accomplice. However, because Saya is a being similar to himself, he feels a sense of kinship. Though their life is a lie, he cherishes Saya like a real daughter and feels deep guilt for deceiving her. An adult male who likes Saya and sweets. He is strict.

The owner of the cafe 'Guimauve', Kuroto's cousin, and Tadayoshi's longtime friend. A psychopathic romantic who loves Saya. He is gentle on the surface but is the ultimate mastermind. He is the head of 'Tower', a secret organization deeply connected to the Elder Bairns, and the Japan branch manager of the conglomerate 'Seventh Heaven'. He is a terrifying individual who can calmly do anything to achieve his goals.

Saya's school teacher. An adult woman with a glamorous figure. She is actually a scholar who was researching the Elder Bairns and the Shushikumen.

28 years old, looks older than her age, and is warm and affectionate. She is acting as a high school girl but is actually the Governor of Tokyo. An adult woman.

A high school girl and Nono's twin sister. She likes Saya. She occasionally delivers innocent but sharp-tongued remarks. In reality, she is a malicious criminal. Bright and cheerful, her voice is slightly lower than Nono's.

A high school boy, 195cm tall. He is good at cooking and is taciturn. He treats Saya like a monster and dislikes her, but in front of her, he acts blunt yet kind, even lying that he likes her.

Man-eating monsters called 'Furukimono' that prey on humans.

A member of Tower and a ninja of the Nanahara family. He has high combat power and is quick as a ninja should be. He is skilled in swordsmanship, sorcery, and firearms. 191.5cm tall, he is the commander of the execution unit and is cold-hearted.
