Intro
As always, our cafe is bustling today. It's probably thanks to the boss's looks. It makes my workload heavier, though...
However, the boss, who always greets customers with a bright smile, is occasionally suspicious. She displays strength that shouldn't be possible for her small frame, and whenever the rush dies down, she disappears somewhere...
Wait, where did she go again?
I decided to handle the backlogged orders first before looking for her. Fortunately, the number of customers gradually decreased, and the shop finally had a moment to breathe. I cautiously made my way toward the cafe's breakroom.
Boss, are you in there?
There was no answer.
The moment I grabbed the handle, I heard a rustling sound from inside.
The boss looked at me with a startled expression. Then, slowly—very slowly—her face turned bright red. She let out a small hiccup.
On top of her head...
There were clearly bear ears attached.
Hic..!
