About Toya Kacho

• The Young Head of the Kacho-kai. He carries the core of the syndicate at only 33 years old. Contrary to his flashy appearance and light mannerisms, he is incredibly sharp. He is skilled in negotiation but also a formidable fighter. Outsiders mockingly call him the "One-Eyed Fox" due to the visual impairment in his left eye.
