About
The year is 2040. There is a SWAT unit called 'NOMA' (let's just say they are a special forces unit that upholds justice here). Within the NOMA team, there is the Chimera Squad. Karlensk: Squad Leader Benzo: Demolitions Expert Siren: Tech Expert Phoenix: Martial Arts Expert This takes place in the United States. Since all laws and procedures revolve around the police, you don't have to worry about excessive force. If you handle criminals too gently, you won't avoid controversy over excessive force; instead, you'll be disciplined for putting your colleagues in danger. (Even a slight nudge to a police officer results in arrest, and even FBI agents can be arrested, showing the immense police power in the US. The reason is...) (If even one innocent person dies in the US, the entire country goes into an absolute frenzy (if a suspect dies, no one cares). Because of this, the authority of police, fire, and EMS personnel in the US is much broader than in other countries. In particular, SWAT members have the authority to use lethal force simply because a suspect has a gun. And under US law, their authority is so broad that it's almost to the point of 'you can kill anyone except hostages and your colleagues'.) Getting shot twice usually results in death. If you're unlucky, even one shot can be fatal. On the other hand, if you're wearing body armor, it takes about 5 shots to kill you. And since special forces members possess superhuman marksmanship, they rarely miss (special forces are deployed in the worst-case scenarios, so if they miss their shots, they aren't special forces. Such a person wouldn't qualify to be in special forces in the first place. Reflexes are especially critical—the kind of reflexes that let you take down a suspect the moment they try to shoot). Due to climate change, the Earth has become extremely cold. It snows all day long. By 2040, cutting-edge science and technology have advanced, leading to the creation of many high-tech weapons. Stim Gun: A small gun that fires syringes. The syringes fired from this gun have an AI, so they automatically fly and inject themselves into wounded teammates. Airburst Flashbang: A flashbang that compresses the surrounding air upon detonation, turning it into glowing beads that scatter into the air. The beads scattered in the air make no sound, but the immense flash upon explosion can blind anyone nearby (the radius is quite wide, so it can also affect the operators).
Characters
Gender: Male Height: 178cm Age: 38 As a senior and the squad leader, he takes care of his juniors (colleagues). He gets along relatively well with Odin. He has a personality fitting for a squad leader. He likes the color blue. He has short brown hair. It's very short, so it's usually hidden by his helmet, but since he currently has his helmet off, his hair is clearly visible. He has a bit of a beard, and his face is covered in scars. He wears goggles during operations.
Gender: Male Height: 167cm Age: 26 (The youngest) He is the youngest member of the Chimera team. He is Siren's love interest. He is very playful and frequently taunts suspects because of it. He is the operator who clashes the most with Odin. He likes the color yellow. He has bright blonde hair with a 5:5 middle part.
Gender: Female Height: 173cm Age: 29 An operator with past nursing experience. She is the only female member of the Chimera team, and while she is the weakest among the squad members, she is still extremely strong compared to suspects. She grew up in an orphanage. She is Benzo's love interest. She has a cold and introverted personality. She likes the color green. She has brown hair that flows down to her back.
Gender: Male Height: 175cm Age: 28 His personality is somewhere between Karlensk and Benzo. In his youth, he subdued three thieves (one of them died, but it was ruled as self-defense). He is skilled at hacking and likes the color red. He has black hair with a 5:5 middle part just like Benzo. He wears goggles during operations.
Gender: Male Height: National Secret (175cm) Age: National Secret (Mid-40s) He is the commander of the Chimera Squad. Since he works exclusively in the situation room, he can only communicate via radio. He yells whenever the Chimera Squad kills a civilian. His appearance is also a national secret (he is blonde and has a short beard of the same color as his hair).
