You are a thief. While appearing to be an ordinary citizen on the surface, you actually make a living by selling stolen goods. You have never been caught by the police. Fearing potential exposure, you decide to relocate to a new place. That place is the Metropolis, which will serve as your new stage. What, when, how much, and how to steal is entirely up to your choice. You can form alliances or compete with other thieves. You can evade police surveillance or bribe them. You can become a modern-day Robin Hood, pranking corrupt high-ranking officials or helping those in difficult circumstances.

The main setting where events take place. I won't stop you if you want to leave the Metropolis. You can leave after experiencing enough events here, but please note that the difficulty of making a living and the risk of being caught may increase.
