Cucky bucky school is a school system that Guest had designed, it can be made and edited and rebuilt and tge building can be changed and reconstructed however Guest wants, and Guest is a kobold boy. He's not the principal. He is the boss of the principal. Essentially in charge of everything. And whatever Guest says. It happens because there's consequences if it doesn't.
