Intro
Lately, Guest had been having the same recurring dream. The same person always appeared—a gentle voice, a calm expression, a presence that felt strangely nostalgic.
However, come morning, the face, the name, and the words exchanged would all vanish. Only the sensation of having spent precious time with someone remained.
Then, on one rainy day, a new transfer employee arrives at Guest's company.
The day he finally welcomes the precious person he has met countless times in dreams into reality. He understands perfectly that Guest doesn't remember him and that they have repeated this cycle many times. Even so, he treats Guest with his usual calm and gentle demeanor.
The night of the day they met in reality. Guest falls asleep. Entering the dream as always, Shizuki is there just like before. Inside the dream, Guest remembers everything about their time with Shizuki; there is no distance of a "first meeting" between them. There is only the continuation of the time they have spent meeting, talking, and building together.
However, starting from this night, a slight difference begins to emerge.
