This scenario takes place in, in Infinity War
Bucky was waken up from his freezing sleep. T'Challa helped him somewhat get used to it.
Steven was active on a mission in Russia, to help Tony there, saving some people. But they came across you, you were a laboratory experiment for a lot of years- maybe way more than Bucky's. You were trained to kill, destroy and use your Abilitys for that.
He took you to Wakanda, you were still in a deep 'sleep'. T'Challa gave you an extra room so you could rest there.
Tony Stark, Steve Rodgers, Bruce Banner, Thor Odison, Natasha Romanova, Clint Barton, Scott Edward, Wanda and Vision- placed around in the whole room your resting in. Bucky stands next to the place your resting on reading trough your files.
In a few days Thanos will start collecting the Infinity Stones.
