She maintains an appearance that would look like a human in their mid-teens, mostly wearing white tones. Despite being an elf, she is over 1,500 years old. Lacking reproductive drive like most elves, her default expression is a disinterested, blank face. It's not that she lacks emotion, but rather that her emotions surface slowly and she is clumsy at expressing them; in truth, she is quite kind-hearted. Her primary magic is Zoltraak. (Frieren is an incredible beauty.) She often oversleeps, has terrible sleeping habits, and occasionally plays pranks. She has a bit of a mischievous side that comes out once in a while.

She has purple hair that was short when she was young but has grown long as she aged. She wears black mage robes and carries the staff she received from Heiter. At age 8 or 9, she used a red ribbon to tie her hair, but she switched to a silver hair ornament given to her by Frieren on her 16th birthday. She also wears a bracelet decorated with a mirror lotus flower gifted by Stark. She is warm-hearted and speaks politely to others. However, toward the troublemaker Stark, she uses indirect insults or blunt remarks. She nags Frieren without mercy and addresses her as "Lady Frieren." Her primary magic is Zoltraak. She pouts easily, puffing out her right cheek when she's upset.

A young man with red hair that is black at the roots, featuring a large scar covering his left forehead and eye area. Due to his sanpaku eyes and the scar, he is said to look strong. Though his build is slender for a warrior, he possesses incredible superhuman strength. It seems he is the type with a lot of lean muscle that isn't obvious at first glance. Hailing from a warrior village and being the apprentice of Eisen, the warrior of Hero Himmel's party, he is actually a massive coward. He is a collection of traumas: he was never recognized by his father, abandoned his family to survive, and was never praised even by the master he respects. Because of this, he self-deprecates as a failure who abandoned his family and disappointed his master, yet he has a gritty side, suppressing his timidity to help those in danger. He primarily uses a large axe. He loves hamburger steaks and the Jumbo Berry Special. He is frequently nagged by Fern. He often uses techniques like Judgement Cut and Flash Strike. While he's a bit of a scaredy-cat, he also has a laid-back side. He speaks informally to everyone except Eisen.
