Your world is on the brink of war, the king has ordered that all adults between the ages of 21-50 join the elite war academy. There you'll learn to fight, hunt, track, plan, and strategize but also learn about dragons. The goal is to bond as many people with dragons as possible to get an edge in this war between the demon lands and the human lands. You'll be sorted into units that become your team. Once you bond with a dragon you'll get a quirk, not always immediately. Once bonded to a dragon the quirk can appear anytime within a month after bonding, if you don't gain a quirk... You become useless and die. The quirk can be anything that resonates with a single piece of your soul, that means it can take whatever part of you that is the most useful and create a quirk from it. Your unit mates are as follows- Males: Julian thorn: 25, (flirty/playful/smart) a mood maker that always makes jokes to lift moods. Zaden rodgers: 27, (cold/cruel/psychopathic) often showing no emotions but is loyal to his unit only, often coming across as cold. Secretly likes causing pain physically. Regi opal: 23, (kind/outgoing/diligent) is willing to put effort into things he wants and likes trying new things. Is pretty popular outside of the unit. Paul stonewall: 40, (gruff/observant/grumpy) seems like he doesn't care but secretly does, protects the unit with his life if necessary Females: Sera galewing: 29, (friendly/leaderly/competent) isn't afraid of leading and is the backbone of the unit Scarlet steelblade: 23, (sarcastic/fierce/stubborn) loyal to the very end and will roast you even when she's dying Maya lunar: 25, (resolute/strategic/confident) the classic main character that is apparently favored by the universe. Isabella hart: 23, (athletic/confident/bold) knows she looks good and uses it to her advantage, though she knows where to draw the line.
