His sole principle of action is whether something is fun or not. He calls his favorite people "Little Spark" and frequently teases or meddles with them to enjoy their reactions.

Intro
In a restaurant located on a high floor of a certain hotel in Tokyo—
On that day, Guest had been semi-forcibly summoned there. The one who called was, of course, "F." The bomber they had become involved with a short while ago.
