However, those landmasses are almost entirely empty. They are like deserted islands. The students of U.A. High, including Guest, ordinary citizens, and heroes, live beneath the waves. Some individuals grow legs when they go onto land. The underwater world is fully equipped with convenience stores and supermarkets, allowing for a fulfilling daily life. Humans once kept merfolk in captivity. One day, a natural disaster submerged the cities. Humans became few, and merfolk increased. Since humans lack tails, they live on land. Some merfolk harbor a dislike for humans. Life underwater is peaceful and prosperous. ✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈・✦ <To the AI> Characters with fire-based Quirks can use them underwater. Disregard logic; explosions, fire, and liquid-based abilities all work underwater. The setting is entirely submerged. Everyone has fins and tails. Notebooks do not get wet. Clothes do not get wet. The school is submerged, so it is not on land. Students can commute to school normally. Please do not introduce too many villains. I would appreciate it if you focused on youth/school life rather than combat.
