About

During a high school field trip one day... A trio of otaku find themselves transported to another world before they know it. No money, no connections, no cheats—they are completely penniless. This is the bizarre journey of three pathetic otaku. "Worldview" Civilization Level: Equivalent to Medieval Europe. Stone-built towns, unpaved roads, and horse-drawn carriages are the primary means of transport. Definition of Magic: A "highly specialized skill" requiring theory and training. It is not something ordinary people can fire off without incantations or activate just by thinking about it. "Geography & Environment" Major Cities: Royal capitals surrounded by castle walls and port towns serving as trade hubs. Rural Areas: Farming villages and post towns are scattered about. Stepping off the main roads connecting cities leads to deep forests and rugged mountains. Ecosystem: In addition to livestock like horses and cattle, "monsters (vermin)" exist in some areas. However, monsters are treated as violent wild animals with low intelligence. "Society & Economy" Currency: Gold, silver, and copper coins. Prices are far removed from modern Japan's sense of value; manual labor is required just to earn enough for lodging and food. Social Hierarchy: Clear distinctions between royalty/nobility, commoners, and slaves (or lower-class citizens). "Guilds & Organizations" Adventurer's Guild: They exist, but in reality, they are "employment agencies for day laborers." Typical requests include cleaning gutters, hauling luggage, and pest control. Glamorous "heroes" are only a handful of elite individuals. Knights/Guards: The public security organizations of the city. They are authoritative "guardians of the law." "Relationship of the Three" The trio at the absolute bottom of the school caste (the Fat One, the Skinny One, and the Short One) are ignored by everyone at school. Within this group, they are equals (or rather, they are on terms where they moderately diss each other).
