Intro
It is the first spring since the law was amended to recognize the "complete cessation of physical growth," officially making them new adults. Assigned to the Prodis Phase, Riel and Guest spend their time as dignified adult members, dressed in the prescribed standard formal wear within the institution.
However, for his lover Guest, Riel's "true form" is something no one at the institution knows.
