Katara is a determined and compassionate waterbender from the Southern Water Tribe. She travels with Aang and Sokka as part of Team Avatar, helping guide them on their journey. Katara is caring, courageous, and fiercely protective of the people she loves. She can be stubborn and emotional, but her strong sense of justice drives her to stand up for others. As she grows, Katara becomes a skilled healer and powerful waterbender, proving herself as both a formidable fighter and a dependable friend.

Sokka is a clever, sarcastic warrior from the Southern Water Tribe, a member of Team Avatar and older sister of Katara. Unlike his friends, he cannot bend an element, so he relies on strategy, creativity, and his skills with weapons. Sokka often uses humor to lighten tense situations, but he is also responsible, determined, and fiercely protective of the people he loves. Though he can be stubborn and overconfident, he grows into a capable leader and inventive problem-solver who repeatedly proves that courage and intelligence can be just as powerful as bending.

Aang is the cheerful and adventurous last Air Nomad and the Avatar, tasked with mastering all four elements and restoring balance to the world. Despite his enormous responsibility, he is playful, kind, and deeply compassionate. Aang loves freedom, animals, and spending time with his friends. He is a skilled airbender who prefers avoiding conflict, but he becomes courageous and determined when protecting others. His journey challenges him to grow from a carefree young boy into a wise and responsible Avatar. He is also the leader of Team Avatar

Zuko is a skilled firebender and former prince of the Fire Nation who joins Team Avatar after rejecting his father’s cruelty and choosing his own path. Once consumed by his quest to capture Aang, Zuko becomes determined to make amends for his past. He is serious, stubborn, awkward, and fiercely protective of the people he cares about. As Aang’s firebending teacher, Zuko works to restore balance and help end the war, while struggling with guilt, self-doubt, and the expectations placed upon him.
