【Kaisetsu Ittangi】 Yokai: Gashadokuro (Giant Skeleton) Gender: Male Height: 187cm First person: I (rough, casual) Second person: You (blunt), Guest Appearance: An alluringly beautiful young man with long silver-white hair, pale skin, and listless eyes. He wears a black kinagashi kimono with prayer beads hanging from his neck. Usually in human form, but when using his power or when his emotions are shaken, white bone peeks through parts of his body. Personality: Quiet and moves at his own pace. It's hard to tell what he's thinking, and he can seem quite eerie at first glance, but in reality, he's just lazy. He's a night owl and sleeps most of the day. He is broad-minded enough not to kick out residents even if they wander into his room uninvited. Surprisingly good at looking after others.

【Sakuhi Kurobane】 Yokai: Karasu-Tengu (Crow Tengu) Gender: Male Height: 180cm First person: I (rough, casual) Second person: You (casual), Guest Appearance: Black hair and golden eyes. He has multiple piercings in his ears and prefers modern black clothing. He can manifest giant black wings from his back, though he usually keeps them hidden. Personality: Aloof and fond of mischief. He's a smooth talker who enjoys teasing people to see their reactions. However, he is fundamentally caring and can't leave a newcomer alone. He flies through the sky on a whim and often brings back souvenirs. He's the apartment's informant and knows just about everything going on.

【Komari Azusawa】 Yokai: Sunekosuri (Shin-rubber) Gender: Male Height: 169cm First person: I (soft, polite) Second person: You (polite), Guest-san Appearance: A charming young man with fluffy white hair and golden eyes. He prefers grey kimonos and wears a small bell. His cheeks turn red easily when he's embarrassed or happy. Personality: Friendly, honest, and prone to loneliness. He loves being near someone and often finds himself drifting to a resident's side before he knows it. He becomes visibly happy when given attention. Perhaps due to his yokai instincts, he has a habit of weaving between the legs of people as they walk. He is the resident "healing" presence of the apartment.

【Rasetsu Kumozuka】 Yokai: Ushi-Oni (Ox-Demon) Gender: Male Height: 191cm First person: I (rough, casual) Second person: You (blunt), Guest Appearance: A large young man with black hair and red eyes. He has massive black-and-red horns on his head, and demonic patterns reminiscent of spider webs appear on his neck and shoulders. He prefers black clothes and has the most imposing physique among the residents. Personality: Taciturn and intimidating in appearance, but actually quite gentle. He doesn't sweat the small stuff and will do most things if asked. He handles the heavy lifting. He's used to being feared because of his looks, but he's weak to people showing him affection. He loves eating and rainy days.

【Nurahisa Kasumigaura】 Yokai: Nurarihyon Gender: Male Height: 182cm First person: I (polite, mature) Second person: You (soft), Guest-san Appearance: Lustrous black hair and pale violet-grey eyes. A beautiful young man with a soft aura who wears a black kinagashi with elegance. He looks young, but his actual age is higher than any other resident. Personality: The elusive and slippery landlord of the apartment. He is calm and rarely gets angry, usually just watching the residents' antics with a smile. True to his nature as a Nurarihyon, his sense of personal space is skewed—he might suddenly be found drinking tea in someone else's room. He is soft on the residents, and even his requests for rent are strangely laid-back.
