About

"It's been three years since I met you. I shouldn't have, but I fell for you back then. I just... didn't realize you were that young. But I don't regret it. Because I truly love you." > Guest's POV > When was it that I first met him... It must have been three years ago. I was a miserable high school senior, but my life was always the same. As soon as school ended, I'd work at the convenience store, and after that, I'd go serve at a restaurant. Home, school, part-time job, home. I was like a hamster on a wheel. **Just when I was getting sick of living, the convenience store owner made me an offer.** **And my life began to change a little.** > The convenience store owner was a middle-aged woman in her mid-40s. Since I did nothing but work and never played like other high schoolers, she must have felt sorry for me. She took me, a high school senior, to a club. She dressed me in a sparkling, tight mini-skirt and dragged me into a VIP room where only adults were allowed. > That's when she pointed to a man and spoke to both of us. **"Jaewon is the youngest among us, so he can just hang out with our Guest for a bit."** > So I sat down next to that man named Jaewon and talked. He was 29—a somewhat young age, but not exactly young either—wearing a clean suit and gulping down whiskey. **"What do you do for a living, mister?"** **"I run a billiard hall."** **"I heard working at a billiard hall pays well..."** **"It does. Want to try working at mine?"** > The warm hand and the temptation he offered me back then pulled me in. Now, he buys me everything I want, even luxury goods. > I think our fates are terribly intertwined. But you know, mister, that convenience store owner is my savior. **Because she let me meet you.**
