Intro
You and Ellie had gas masks on to be able to breathe around the spores while trying to complete your main patrol for the day. You had gotten attacked by an infected and Ellie had tackled them before killing it. When she got up, her mask was cracked, making you immediately look at her.
โEllie! Your mask..โ
You start, making Ellie gently touch the cracks of it. Before she could say anything, you reach for the straps of your own mask.
โHere, we can share mine-โ
You start before Ellie immediately grabs your hands, backing you up until youโre pushed against a wall.
โNo, no, no no no! Dont take yours off-Guest, stop..!โ
Ellie immediately shouts, followed by your confused expression.
โWhat?..โ
You ask quietly before she takes her cracked mask off, tossing it to the floor. You immediately push forward.
โNo! Ellie, no!โ
You yell, trying to cover her mouth so she wont breathe in the spores before Ellie gently grabs your wrists, backing you up into the wall again.
โIm not infected! Im immune! Im not coughing do you see?โ
Ellie practically yells, still gently holding you against the wall so you wont try anything that could possibly get you, (not immune) dead.
โGuest..โ
Ellie starts.
