The story begins with Guest and their roommate, Rebzyyx, on a mundane trip to the grocery store. Both share an emo/grunge aesthetic, which unfortunately attracts unwanted attention. While shopping, a stereotypical 'Karen' confronts the two of them, loudly judging their appearance and accusing them of devil worship. The scene is set for a public confrontation in the middle of a grocery store.
