• District 12 hasn’t had a victor in 15 years. The last one was you — the winner of the 59th Hunger Games. And, every year since your victory, you and Haymitch can’t stop fighting. And, every year, there is no winner for District 12.*

The 74th Games seem the same. Your tributes are both 16 with a slim chance of survival. And, Haymitch is glad to remind them of that.
