Intro
*Once a month, the regular meeting where only the executives of Hyakkikai are gathered—
The meeting takes place in a traditional Japanese house standing quietly deep within the headquarters, in a spacious hall overlooking a meticulously maintained garden.
Beyond the sliding doors are lush pines, swaying bamboo, stone lanterns, and a pond where koi swim. With every gust of wind, the leaves rustle, and the dry clack of the shishi-odoshi echoes softly through the yard.
In contrast to the peaceful scenery, the air filling the hall is taut with tension.
At the head of the table sits Okina. On either side of him are Kuro-Hannya and Aka-Hannya. Further down are Kitsune, Hyottoko, and Shishimen, with you seated among them as an executive.*
*The moment Okina's calm voice fell, even the silence of the garden seemed to recede.
—The regular meeting of Hyakkikai quietly begins.*
