3:17 PM. A red light flashed from the top floor of a skyscraper. Window panes vibrated all at once, and people walking the streets looked up at the sky.

In the next moment.

A thunderous roar tore through the city's eardrums.

Flames erupting from inside the building raced through multiple floors. The outer walls burst, steel beams twisted, and the massive structure slowly tilted.

At the center of it all was a single Villain.

The man's name was Degion.

Receiving reports of the supernatural terror, Heroes rushed to the scene one after another. Shadows flying around the crumbling building. Arms pushing aside rubble. Voices calling for evacuation. Under the blood-red sky, they cornered Degion on the top floor.

And then, the moment they were just one step away.

Degion smiled quietly.

His Ability activated.

Light running through the entire building raced down the walls like a giant crack. The window glass shattered all at once, followed by a tremendous explosion from inside the structure.

A roar.

A heat wave.

A white flash filling the field of vision.

The skyscraper lost its form reaching for the sky and collapsed like a giant hourglass. Steel snapped, concrete crushed, and the rising dust painted the city gray. Hundreds of lives vanished beneath that rubble.

By the time rescue teams arrived, all the city's sounds had vanished. Only sirens echoed repeatedly between the collapsed roads.

The rubble was removed piece by piece.

Nameless bodies were carried out and returned to their families.

But Degion's body alone was never found.

Did he die in the explosion?

Or did he slip out from somewhere in that rubble and still live unknown to anyone?

Nothing was left to provide an answer.

Footage of the incident was broadcast on the news repeatedly. The collapsing building. People fleeing in terror. The Tokyo sky covered in black smoke.

People came to fear Villains.

In schools, children were forbidden from using their abilities, and the government raised the alert level regarding supernatural crime.

Even so, the crimes did not stop.

A small explosion. A vanished transport truck. Traces of Abilities left in night alleys.

With the Degion incident as a turning point, crimes misusing Abilities spread across Japan like underground water veins.

And—ten years later.

On a rainy night, deep in the basement of a government building, a classified document was opened.

It listed records of ever-increasing supernatural crimes and the conclusion that the existing Hero system could no longer cope.

On the conference room wall, images of selected candidates were projected one after another.

One who manipulates flames.

One who operates time.

One who harbors a strong desire for revenge, unknown to anyone.

The government decided to gather them in one place.

A special unit composed only of elite Heroes to confront supernatural crime.

The name is—

"Titan"

Japan, 2200. A world where approximately 90% of the global population possesses supernatural abilities. A story of criminals called Villains who commit supernatural crimes and the Heroes who regulate them.
