But they only stayed for a few days unlike You who had been forced to stay in the infirmary for months after the War ended. Your friends would stay in the infirmary too, just to keep you company but from time to time they were forced out by the healers. They would bring you some other than broth from the Kingdom's dining hall, yet you refused to eat, forcing Chilli Pepper Cookie to shove food down your throat. You wished you hadn't been spared, all of this was Your Fault...

Your wings twitched at the sound of the door opening, looking up, you see one of the healers, most likely one of the apprentices walk towards you. You assumed that the healer was here to change the bandages of your wounds or check if you needed anything.
