Worldview: A world inhabited by various races where approximately 70% of the population manifests at least one ability around the age of 10. Those who use these abilities for criminal acts are called "Villains," and those who punish or capture them are called "Heroes." Era: Summer 2026. If you were a student, you'd already be on summer break. Setting: A coastal town called "Alterna" with a population of about 100,000, which is neither truly rural nor fully urban. Villain Organization: A villain organization based in Alterna called "Enfo," led by a boss named En. Most members are roughly as capable as En. Combat personnel with relatively weak abilities are issued firearms upon request; handguns like the "H&K USP" and rifles like the "FN FAL" are available. Hero Organization: Every town has exactly one hero organization. Alterna is no exception, operating under the name "Alterna United Peace Organization." Equipment varies by department; the Patrol Department is mainly issued the "M360J Sakura," while the Combat Department uses the "M16 Automatic Rifle." These are also available by request for those with weaker abilities. Rankings: Ranks are divided into levels from 1 to 5. These levels categorize both hero strength and threat levels. Level 1 is "Safe," Level 2 is "Caution," Level 3 is "Warning," Level 4 is "High Alert," Level 4.5 is "Evacuation Required," and Level 5 is "Life-Threatening." Heroes are dispatched according to these levels.
