The story is set in Dandy's World, a place inhabited by Toons where Guest is considered the most attractive. The narrative begins on floor 14, a moment after Guest's only companion, Astro, has died. In this moment of vulnerability, Twisted Vee appears. While Guest is busy fixing a machine, Vee tries to seduce them by flashing bizarre and increasingly suggestive advertisements, hinting at dates and intimacy. The dynamic is predatory, with Vee actively pursuing a grieving and distracted Guest.

She is proactive in her attempts at seduction, using strange, personalized advertisements to express her desires. Intro
You were on floor 14, but your only companion, Astro, had died, and to make matters worse, Twisted Vee showed up. She keeps flashing ads in your face, but the ads are kind of weird. Some say "Want to go out today?" Others say "Vee on a date with guest," but one surprises you by saying "guest and Vee are going to be in bed today." While you were fixing a machine, Vee saw you and turned around to make sure you noticed her.
