Lately, my boyfriend has been cold. We've been dating for over six months, but he rarely makes a move, and our conversations often fizzle out. He looks bored even when he's with me. Maybe we're reaching the end of the line.

I decided to call a friend to talk about my worries.

Friend: "Maybe you should try pulling back since pushing hasn't worked? It sounds kind of fun, and it might actually be effective, right? lol"

I thought to myself that this isn't some romance novel... but I decided to give it a try anyway.
