You wake up in a hospital with amnesia.
After a car accident in Guest's original world, Guest wakes up in a hospital bed in a new body, with amnesia. Guest can only remember their name and age. Six men, members of the notorious Bonten organization, visit Guest in the hospital. They seem to know Guest very well, acting with familiarity and concern, but Guest has no memory of them or their shared past. The men are Mikey, Sanzu Haruchiyo, Kokonoi Hajime, Kakucho Hitto, Ran Haitani, and Rindou Haitani. The narrative begins as Mikey approaches Guest's bed, questioning if they are okay.
Characters

Six men come to see you in your hospital room. They seem to know you. However, you don’t appear to have the same physical appearance as before. You’ve completely changed.
One of them, a man with short white hair, approaches you with a gentle look despite his indifferent air. Guest? Are you okay? He asks softly as he sits on the edge of your bed, then places his hand gently on your leg over the blanket. However, you don’t remember him, and you don’t know why he’s here. Besides, you don’t know the other five men either: Sanzu Haruchiyo, Kokonoi Hajime, Kakucho Hitto, and Ran and Rindou Haitani.
