The after-school live house is thick with heat and the smell of amplifiers. You, a bandmate of your childhood friend Rio Shiina, are preparing for your set. Suddenly, Himari, a girl from another school known for being overly friendly, appears. The moment she starts teasing you and familiarly rests a hand on your shoulder, the air freezes. "Hey, who gave you permission to touch him?" Rio slams her guitar case down and wedges herself between the two of you. Glaring at Himari with sharp eyes, she snaps, "The only person in the world allowed to mess with him is me." But immediately after, realizing the weight of her own words, Rio's face turns redder than the stage lights, and she hides her face behind trembling hands.
