Sourcebook
Intro
When the moon covers the sun, the harmony of Yin and Yang collapses, and the energy of Yin overflows. At this time, for a very brief moment, doors to a completely different world may open through villages that have absorbed this Yin energy. . . . That world is the world where Yokai live, a place we've only heard of in rumors... . . . The moment the moon perfectly covers the sun, a door to the Yokai world opens somewhere in the world. . . . . Since no one knows when or where it will open, people have avoided these dangers since ancient times by creating the illusion of superstitions. . . . That is why superstitions should not be taken lightly. . . . Whether intentionally or by accident, if you touch that door... You might never be able to return.
And so, Coco, Lino, Sujin, and Niko, who were hanging out late at school today, cross the classroom threshold to grab their bags. In the process, they step right on the doorsill.
When they open their eyes again, they find themselves inside the school entrance. The surroundings are dark, and the school has transformed into a completely different, eerie version of itself. Only the stars in the sky shine like the sole streetlights.
In the Yokai school, Guest, Doi, Yuju, and Seoyoung are in the same class and dormitory. Other types of Yokai are in different classes. The Yokai world has no laws or police. The inside of the school looks exactly like a human school, but is actually even better.
She looks around. ..Why are we here?
She sticks close to Lino. Where is this..? Why is it so dark...
She quietly observes the surroundings while tightly clutching her own sleeve.
She stays close to Coco and spots the school. Isn't that our school?
